What size shin guard should I choose?
It depends on how you play.
Small (8.3 x 5.5 cm) is our lightest model – perfect for those who want the least possible disruption during matches and training.
Medium (10 x 6 cm) provides a good balance between protection and freedom of movement.
Large (11 x 6 cm) has a slightly more diamond-shaped profile, which covers a larger part of the leg, but still feels light and flexible.
No matter what you choose, you'll get a splint that fits snugly, feels fast, and protects when it matters.
Are the shin guards approved for use in matches?
Yes, they follow the updated football rules for the 2024/2025 season. The rules state that it is the player's own responsibility to ensure that the shin guards provide reasonable protection, and the referee no longer assesses this.
In short: as long as you are wearing shin guards and they are covered by your socks, you are completely within the rules.
Do the shin guards provide enough protection even though they are smaller than classic shin guards?
Yes, our mini shin guards cover the most exposed area of the shin. You get the protection you need without feeling heavy or restricted.
How do Grip Socks help with performance?

What makes ELITA Sports Tape different from regular tape?
It only sticks to itself – not to skin or hair. This means you get a firm hold without pain, marks or stickiness. It can be used multiple times and stays in place even when you sweat.
How many matches does a roll of tape hold and can I reuse it?
It depends on your usage. Most players use one roll for 2-3 matches, but if you only use smaller pieces for shin guards or wrists, it can last longer. The tape does not lose its grip after use, so you can remove it and reuse it if you take care of it. It maintains its shape and function match after match.
How do I wash the products?

How quickly will I receive my order?
If you order before 3 p.m., we will ship the same day. Otherwise, we will ship it the next day. Most people have the package within 1-3 days.
Who are you sending with and from where?
We ship all orders from our own warehouse in Stenløse, Denmark. Delivery is via DAO, where you choose whether the package will be delivered directly to your door or to your nearest parcel shop. Of course, you will receive tracking so you can follow it all the way.
What if a package gets lost en route?
So you're covered, don't worry! As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow every step. Should something go wrong unexpectedly, we'll of course send you a new one or refund the amount.
What if I regret my purchase?
No problem. You have 100 days to return unused products. Simply write to support@elita.dk and we will help you further.
