101 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At ELITA we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 101-day satisfaction guarantee on selected products . This means you can try the product for up to 101 days , and if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return it and get your money back.

How to use the satisfaction guarantee

1) Use the product as directed for up to 101 days from date of receipt.
2) Are you not satisfied? Contact us and describe your experience.
3) We will review your request and notify you when it is approved.
4) Once you have received approval , we will send you the return address.
5) Return the product including all parts
6) We will refund the amount once we have received and inspected the product. Return shipping of 50kr will be deducted from the refund if you purchase a return label through us.

⛔ Important: If you return the product without first obtaining approval from us, the return will not be approved and we cannot refund the amount.

Terms of the satisfaction guarantee

  • The satisfaction guarantee only applies once per product per customer. If you use the guarantee and later purchase the same product again, the satisfaction guarantee will not apply to your new purchase.
  • The product must be returned with all parts - if anything is missing, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the warranty is being abused.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
