Payment
ELITA accepts payment with:

VISA, American Express, Mastercard, MobilePay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Maestro, UnionPay, Shop Pay, PayPal, ViaBill, Bancontact (Belgium only) and iDEAL (Netherlands only)

Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) We withdraw the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer.

We do not charge card fees.

Please note that fees may still be charged for the use of card types issued outside the EU.
For Diners Club and American Express, you must have a direct acquiring agreement with Diners Club and/or American Express respectively.

The amount will not be debited from your card until the item is shipped.

If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the objection scheme. Read more about the terms and conditions on PayPal's website.

Shipping
We offer delivery with dao, GLS, PostNord and Bring. Depending on your address and the available delivery options at checkout, you can choose between parcel shop and private delivery with distribution.

You can always track your package via the shipping company's own tracking page. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

The shipping price depends on your choice at checkout. In Denmark, the shipping price is as follows:
Parcel shop DKK 39.00
Private with distribution DKK 49.00

We also deliver abroad. Shipping prices abroad vary from DKK 99 to DKK 463, depending on destination and shipping method. We ship with GLS and/or PostNord, depending on the country to which the order is to be delivered.

The exact shipping price and available delivery methods are clearly stated at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For deliveries outside Denmark, customs duties, import VAT and fees may be imposed by the recipient country. These costs are paid by the customer.

Your order will be dispatched on the same or next business day from when you ordered. We dispatch orders placed before 3 p.m. on the same day they were placed. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days in Denmark.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 100-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 100 days after the day you received your item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 100 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.

The deadline means that you have 100 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. We strongly recommend using our return portal by clicking here. You can also send an email to support@elita.dk or use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously notifying us.

Partial cancellation of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you cancel part of your purchase.

Return
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport.

Return via return portal
For faster and easier processing, please use our return portal.
Use of the return portal is voluntary, and you can also cancel your purchase via email or the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

Uncollected packages
If you fail to collect a package from a parcel shop and it is sent back to us, you must pay the actual costs charged to us by the shipping company for the return shipment. If you want the package resent, you must pay any new delivery cost.

Right of withdrawal for gift cards
As a private customer, you have a 14-day full right of withdrawal from the day the gift card is received by email. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us by email support@elita.dk or use the standard withdrawal form before the withdrawal deadline expires. Free gift cards (e.g., competitions) cannot be paid out.

No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be cancelled:

Delivery of goods manufactured according to your specifications or with a distinct personal touch.

Customized products and intellectual property rights
When purchasing customized products, including the design of custom shin pads, the customer declares that all material uploaded or used in the design process does not infringe the rights of third parties.

The customer confirms that they have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for the use of the material, including copyright, trademark rights, and any personal rights.

The customer accepts that ELITA does not conduct legal review of the uploaded material, and that the full responsibility for the legality of the material rests with the customer.

The customer undertakes to indemnify ELITA against any claim, loss, liability, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that may arise as a result of the customer's use of protected material.

ELITA reserves the right, without further justification, to reject, cancel, or suspend the production of customized products if the design, in ELITA's assessment, either infringes third-party rights, is inappropriate, offensive, violates applicable law, or is otherwise deemed unsuitable. In such cases, the order may be cancelled, and any payment refunded.

Condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value, and this is due to you having used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, you can only get a partial refund of the purchase amount. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a reduction in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not, however, apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Adjustment of discounts upon return
For purchases where a discount is conditional on the purchase of several items (e.g., bundle discounts, quantity discounts, or campaigns where the purchase of one item triggers a discount on another item), the discount will be adjusted upon return.

If you return the item that triggered the discount, the discount will be forfeited, and the refund will be adjusted to reflect the original price of the items you keep.

Right to complain
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have a 24-month right to complain.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Remember also to get a receipt for dispatch so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Complaint access
If you as a consumer wish to complain about your purchase, you must contact support@elita.dk If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus.

In order to complain, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,220 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. However, for complaints about clothing and footwear, the price must have been at least DKK 790. There is a fee for having the complaint processed.
When you shop at an e-mærket webshop, you can have your case processed free of charge by e-mærket - regardless of the amount. Read more here.

If you reside in Denmark and have traded with a seller outside Denmark, but within the EU, Norway, Iceland or Great Britain, you can complain to Consumer Europe here.

If you live in another EU country, Norway or Iceland, you can contact the Consumer Europe office in that country.
