Return Policy
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please use our returns portal whenever possible.
Using the returns portal is voluntary, and you can also cancel your purchase via email or the standard cancellation form found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 100-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 100 days after the day you received your item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 100 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The deadline means that you have 100 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. We strongly recommend using our returns portal by clicking here . You can also send an email to support@elita.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

Unclaimed packages
If you fail to pick up a package at the parcel shop and it is returned to us, you must pay the actual costs that the shipping company charges us for the return shipment. If you want the package resent, you must pay any new delivery costs.
Right of withdrawal on gift cards
As a private customer, you have a full right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day the gift card is received by e-mail. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us before the expiration of the withdrawal period by email at support@elita.dk or use the standard withdrawal form. Free gift cards (e.g. competitions) cannot be paid out.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be undone:
Delivery of goods that are manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
The condition of the item when you return it
If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
Adjustment of discounts on returns
For purchases where a discount is conditional on the purchase of multiple items (e.g. bundle discounts, quantity discounts or campaigns where the purchase of one item triggers a discount on another item), the discount will be adjusted upon return.
If you return the item that triggered the discount, the discount will be forfeited and the refund will be adjusted to reflect the original price of the items you keep.
