How quickly will I receive my order?
If you order before 3 p.m., we will ship the same day. Otherwise, we will ship it the next day. Most people have the package within 1-3 days.
Who are you sending with and from where?
We ship all orders from our own warehouse in Stenløse, Denmark. Delivery is handled by GLS, DAO, or Bring, and you choose whether the package goes directly to your door or to your nearest parcel shop. You will, of course, receive tracking so you can follow it all the way.
What if a package gets lost en route?
So you're covered, don't worry! As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow every step. Should something go wrong unexpectedly, we'll of course send you a new one or refund the amount.
What if I regret my purchase?
No problem. You have 100 days to return or exchange unused products. You can easily do this through our returns portal here.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount in Denmark, but unfortunately not to the rest of the world.
