ELITA Nasal Strips are designed for athletes who want to improve breathing and get more out of sleep, recovery and training. They help open up the nasal passages so air can flow more freely through the nose.
By mechanically lifting the sides of the nose, nose strips can reduce resistance in the airways. This can result in more peaceful and efficient breathing, both during sleep and during physical activity. Many people also experience less snoring and better comfort at night.
The strips work like nasal tape or nasal plaster and are made of a light and skin-friendly material. They are easy to apply, fit securely and can be removed again without irritating the skin.

How does it work?

Will they last a whole match? Even with sweat and movement?
Yes. They're designed to stay put for well over 90 minutes, with a sweat- and waterproof adhesive that stays put the entire match - regardless of pace, humidity and movement. You put them on and forget they're there.
Are they legal to use in official matches?
Yes, nose strips are fully permitted at all levels of football, including official tournaments. Many professionals already use them as part of their match preparation.
Can nose strips also help mentally during combat?
Yes. When you breathe calmly through your nose, your heart rate drops faster and you stay focused in stressful situations. Many players find that they become more present and play more freely when they use them.
Do they help with refunds?

Can everyone use them and how often?
Yes. They are one size fits all nose sizes. You can use them daily - for fighting, training and sleeping, to breathe more freely and calm your body.
However, we do not recommend use for children under 5 years of age or people with nasal problems or recent surgery. Each strip is for single use and should be replaced after use.
How long does a package last?
One package contains 30 disposable strips – enough for about a month of fighting, training or sleeping.
How quickly will I receive my order?
If you order before 3 p.m., we will ship the same day. Otherwise, we will ship it the next day. Most people have the package within 1-3 days.
Who are you sending with and from where?
We ship all orders from our own warehouse in Stenløse, Denmark. Delivery is handled by GLS, DAO, or Bring, and you choose whether the package goes directly to your door or to your nearest parcel shop. You will, of course, receive tracking so you can follow it all the way.
What if a package gets lost en route?
So you're covered, don't worry! As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow every step. Should something go wrong unexpectedly, we'll of course send you a new one or refund the amount.
What if I regret my purchase?
No problem. You have 100 days to return or exchange unused products. You can easily do this through our returns portal here.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount in Denmark, but unfortunately not to the rest of the world.
